Returns Policy

Purchases are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item.

Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

In no circumstances may the Customer return the Goods to the Company without the Company’s prior approval.

Returned goods MUST be in the exact condition as they were received. They must not have been used or ‘tested’ in any way, shape or form. When a correctly supplied wheel has been fitted with a tyre it will not be accepted for credit. When a correctly supplied wheel with tyre attached has been fitted to a vehicle it will not be accepted for credit.

Goods returned to MMTAR for whatever reason must be properly packed and any loss or damage in transit shall be the Customer’s sole responsibility.

Returns are to be funded by the purchaser unless goods are faulty or there has been an error on our part.

Refunds will be made once returned items have been received and inspected by us.

After receiving your items you must inspect them. Should you discover damage it is paramount that you contact MMTAR immediately in order for a claim to be submitted. If damage is not reported immediately this could affect your right to claim.

MMTAR may amend this policy from time to time.

Use of Cookies
